# DMCA Takedown Procedure

Spicy Little Stories responds to copyright complaints in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

## Filing a DMCA Notice

Send notices to:

- Subject: DMCA Takedown Notice

A valid notice should include:

1. Your full name and contact details
2. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Location of the allegedly infringing material (URL or story identifier)
4. Statement that you have a good-faith belief use is not authorized
5. Statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
6. Your physical or electronic signature

## What We Do After Receiving a Notice

- Review notice for completeness
- Remove or disable access to the reported material when appropriate
- Notify the affected user
- Record the action for legal and compliance purposes

## Counter-Notice Process

If content is removed and you believe this was an error, you may send a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of removed content and its prior location
2. Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and phone number
4. Statement consenting to jurisdiction of relevant court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

## Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with repeated, valid copyright violations may be suspended or terminated.
